Edmonton, Alberta- Local television and film company ANAID Productions is inviting the public to become part of the lifestyle documentary series, Taking It Off. A select group of Edmontonians chosen from an open casting call, will be followed by a television crew for six months, documenting their personal journeys to weight loss and wellness.

On the heels of the success of the first season of Taking It Off, which aired on the Life Network, four determined and courageous people will be chosen as the focus for the second season. Margaret Mardirossian is an award-winning producer also known for her co-producing work on the family series Mentors airing on The Family Channel and the travel comedy program The Tourist which can be seen in Canada on Outdoor Life Network.

Taking It Off Producer/Director Neil Grahn is back for his second season and is the award winning writer producer of the CBC documentary variety special Get a Laugh and Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie. His credits also include RoughCutz, the program and The Tourist.
